中国农村教育国际研究与培训中心（INRULED）1994年在中国河北保定正式挂牌成立，后来将中心主体迁至北京，是联合国教科文组织下设的二类机构，也是联合国教科文组织设立的唯一从事农村教育研究和培训的国际机构。
中心的宗旨是：通过教育研究与培训促进农村人口思维和行为发生积极变化，来实现农村地区社会经济的可持续发展，支持教育2030目标的实现。中心的任务包括：促进国际农村教育研究以及农村教育研究方法和技术的开发；推进会员国之间在制定农村人力资源开发政策方面的合作；建立各国农村教育研究专家联系和信息交流网络；协调国际农村教育研究合作，并为国际专家提供实地考察条件；组织农村教育的国际培训班和研讨会，向国际农村教育研究者提供研究资助；出版农村教育研究与培训的著作和出版物等。
China International Research and Training Center for Rural Education(INRULED)was established in 1994 in Hebei Provence and moved to Beijing in 2008.INRULED is a Category II Centre under the auspices of UNESCO and it is also the only international institution set up by UNESCO to conduct research and training in rural education.
The purpose of the center is to achieve sustainable social and economic development in rural areas, and to support the realization of the education 2030 goal through education research and training to promote positive changes in the thinking and behavior of rural population.Its missions include：promoting international rural education research and the development of rural education research methods and technologies; promoting cooperation among member states in formulating policies for rural human resources development; establishing a network of rural education research expert contacts and information exchanges in various countries; coordinating international rural education research cooperation and providing fieldwork conditions for international experts; organizing international training courses and seminars for rural education and providing research funding to international rural education researchers; publishing books and publications on rural education research and training.
