International Knowledge Centre for Engineering Sciences and Technology
联合国教科文组织国际工程科技知识中心（IKCEST）于2014年6月依托中国工程院在中国北京成立，是联合国教科文组织下设的二类机构。IKCEST是一个致力于工程科学，技术和应用技术的综合性国际知识中心。IKCEST为一个全球性的工程机构，致力于收集与工程科学和技术相关的各种数字资源，构建公共数据服务平台和相应的服务环境，以及专业知识系统。IKCEST以咨询、科学研究和教育三种形式为工程科学和技术领域的决策者、工程师、研究人员和技术人员提供全球性的知识服务，特别是向发展中国家提供参考。
The International Knowledge Center for Engineering Science and Technology (IKCEST) was established in June 2014 in Beijing, China, relying on the Chinese Academy of engineering. It is a Category II Centre under the auspices of UNESCO. IKCEST is a comprehensive international knowledge centre dedicated to engineering science, technology and application technology. IKCEST is established as a global engineering organization, which is committed to collecting various digital resources related to engineering science and technology, building a public data service platform and corresponding service environment, and coordinating the construction of professional knowledge system. In the form of consultation, scientific research and education, IKCEST provides global knowledge services for decision makers, engineers, researchers and technicians in the field of engineering science and technology, especially for reference to developing countries.
