联合国科教文组织亚太国际教育与价值教育教育联合会（APNIEVE）于1995年3月在韩国汉城正式成立。其宗旨是：通过个人、团体和组织之间的交流与合作来促进和发展重视和平、人权、民主和可持续发展的国际教育。
Asia Pacific Network for International Education and Values Education (APNIEVE) was officially established in Seoul, South Korea in March 1995. Its purpose is to promote and develop international education through networks and cooperation among individuals, groups and organizations, with emphasis on international education for peace, human rights, democracy and sustainable development.
