UNESCO Teacher Education Centre
联合国教科文组织教师教育中心(TEC)于2017年11月落户于中国上海，是联合国教科文组织资助下的二类机构。TEC以互联网为依托，分享世界各国各地区教师教育领域的理念和实践，宣传上海乃至中国教师教育的经验、理论和特色，不断扩大中国教育的国际影响，提升文化软实力。TEC的使命与目标是成为教师教育领域的服务提供者、标准制定者和研究与资源管理中心。TEC有四大职能：知识生产、能力建设、技术服务、信息共享。
The UNESCO Teacher Education Centre (TEC), settled in Shanghai, China in November 2017, is a Category II Centre under the auspices of UNESCO.Relying on the Internet, TEC not only shares the concepts and practices of teacher education in various countries and regions around the world, but also promotes the experiences, theories, and characteristics of teacher education in Shanghai and even China, which will help to continuously expand the international influence of Chinese education and enhance cultural soft power. The mission and goal of TECis to become a service provider, standard setter, and research and resource management center in the field of teacher education.The functions of TECare knowledge production, capacity building, technical services, and information sharing.
