Saudi Arabia Regional Center for Education Quality and Excellence
沙特阿拉伯区域教育质量与卓越中心（RCQE）于2014年10月在沙特阿拉伯成立，是联合国教科文组织下设的二类机构。中心通过制定教育发展趋势的政策，并在研究该领域最佳国际经验的基础上通过必要的培训计划予以支持，力求传播高质量和卓越的文化，并在阿拉伯教育机构中加强这种文化。沙特阿拉伯对该中心重申其在地方、区域和国际上的义务，以提供“全民教育权”及其质量，并区分其产出将其作为可持续发展的最重要支柱之一。
Saudi Arabia Regional Center for Education Quality and Excellence (RCQE), established in Saudi Arabia in October 2014, is a Category II Institute under UNESCO. RCQE aims to disseminate a culture of high quality and excellence and to strengthen it in Arab educational institutions by developing policies on educational development trends and by supporting it through necessary training programmes based on research on the best international experience in the field. Saudi Arabia reaffirms its local, regional and international obligations to provide the right to education for all and its quality, and to differentiate its outputs as one of the most important pillars of sustainable development.
