Regional Centre for Educational Planning
阿拉伯联合酋长国沙迦地区教育规划区域中心（RCEP）于2007年11月14日在阿拉伯联合酋长国沙迦正式成立，是联合国教科文组织下设的二类机构。其目的是支持教育部，特别是海湾合作委员会国家和也门在教育部门的政策和规划方面的能力建设，建立国家和区域现代教育规划能力；通过针对教育部、地方教育办公室和财政部等与教育部门直接相关的其他部委的高级官员和技术人员，来促进教育规划和管理方面的信息共享和交流；以及在国家、区域和国际各级的教育规划中与主要利益攸关方保持联系，以支持关于教育的可持续发展的执行工作，并开展任何其他必要活动，以加强区域和国际教育规划。
The Regional Centre for Educational Planning (RCEP) of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates was officially established in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates on November 14, 2007 and is a Category II Centre under the auspices of UNESCO.The objective is to support the capacity-building of the Ministry of education, in particular the GCC countries and Yemen, in the policy and planning of the education sector, and to build national and regional capacities for modern education planning；to promote information sharing and exchange in education planning and management by targeting senior officials and technical staff of other ministries directly related to the education sector, such as the Ministry of Education, local education offices and the Ministry of Finance; and to liaise with key stakeholders in education programmes at the national, regional and international levels to support the implementation of sustainable development of education and to carry out any other necessary activities to strengthen regional and international education programmes.
