International Bureau of Education
国际教育局（IBE）于1925年成立于日内瓦，是联合国教科文组织下设的一类机构。IBE旨在提供智力上的领导并促进教育方面的国际合作，期望每个人都可以拥有接受优质教育和终身学习的机会。IBE为教育部和政府部门提供支持和促进创新办法，来应对其在提高课程、教学、学习和评价过程及结果的公平性、质量、相关性和有效性这一复杂任务中面临的挑战。IBE的任务是加强成员国设计、开发和实施课程的能力，以确保教育和学习系统的公平性、质量、发展相关性和资源效率的提高。
International Bureau of Education (IBE), founded in 1925 in Geneva, is a Category I Institute under UNESCO. IBE aims to provide intellectual leadership and promote international cooperation in education, and expects that everyone has access to relevant quality education and lifelong learning. IBE supports and promotes innovative solutions to the challenges faced by the Ministry of education and government departments in the complex task of improving equity, quality, relevance and effectiveness of curricula, teaching, learning and evaluation processes and outcomes. The task is to strengthen the capacity of Member States to design, develop and implement curricula to ensure equity, quality, development relevance and resource efficiency of education and learning systems.
