联合国教科文组织国际职业技术教育培训中心(UNEVOC)于2000年9月在德国波恩成立,是联合国教科文组织下设的一类机构。UNEVOC致力于帮助联合国教科文组织的193个成员国加强和提高职业技术教育与培训,让越来越多的公民得到更多的技能发展选择,从而使世界人权宣言第26章和联合国教科文组织有关职业技术教育培训的规范标准得到进一步实施。UNEVOC的目标是成为各大成员国、联合国教科文组织办事处、联合国代理处和其他发展公民就业技能的相关机构所公认的一个真正国际化的、举足轻重的、高效的、出类拔萃的国际职业技能教育培训组织。
UNESCO International Vocational and Technical Education and Training Centre was established in Bonn, Germany, in September 2000,and is a Category I Institute under UNESCO. UNEVOC is committed to helping 193 member countries of UNESCO to strengthen and improve vocational and technical education and training, so that not only an increasing number of citizens can get more choices for skills development, but also the Chapter 26 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and UNESCO's normative standards on Vocational and technical education and training can be further implemented. Its goal is to become a truly international, decisive, efficient and outstanding international vocational skills education and training organization recognized by major member states, UNESCO offices, United Nations agencies and other relevant institutions that develop the employment skills of citizens.
