European Center for Higher Education
欧洲高等教育中心（ECHE）1972年于罗马尼亚布加勒斯特成立，是隶属于联合国教科文组织的一类机构。ECHE旨在改进整个欧洲的高等教育，从而促进教育领域的全面改革。其主要活动有安排教育工作者与教育专家间的思想交流；为有关的非欧洲团体提供欧洲教育体系方面的资料；组织有关欧洲高等教育状况的研究课题；搜集各种信息和统计数据；提供文献目录等资料。
The European Center for Higher Education (ECHE), established in 1972 in Bucharest, Romania, is a Category I Institute under UNESCO, which promotes the development of higher education in Europe. ECHE aims to improve higher education in Europe so as to promote comprehensive reform in the field of education. Its main activities are to arrange the exchange of ideas between educators and educational experts, to provide relevant non-European organizations with information on the European education system, to organize research topics on the situation of higher education, to collect various information and statistical data, and to provide bibliography and other information.
