International Centre for Higher Education Innovation
联合国教科文组织高等教育创新中心（ICHEI）2015年11月13日成立于中国深圳，为联合国教科文组织资助的二类机构。中心的使命是依托深圳市信息通信技术产业优势，结合中国高等教育大众化经验，满足当地对优质高等教育资源的渴求，支持亚非发展中国家提升高等教育质量，促进教育公平。中心的功能有知识生产、能力建设、技术支持以及信息共享。中心开展海上丝绸之路沿线国家教育研究，力争成为有影响力的国际智库，为全球高等教育创新思想与实践提供交流对话平台。
International Centre for Higher Education Innovation (ICHEI) was established in 1972 in Bucharest, Romania, and is a Category II Centre under the auspices of UNESCO. The mission of the ICHEI is to rely on the advantages of information & communication technology industry in Shenzhen and combine the experience of popularization of higher education in China to meet the local thirst for high-quality higher education resources, support Asian and African developing countries to improve the quality of higher education, and promote educational equity. The functions of the ICHEI include knowledge production, capacity building, technical support, and information sharing. In order to become an influential international think tank and provide a communication and dialogue platform for innovative ideas and practices in global higher education, ICHEI conducts educational research on countries along the Maritime Silk Road.
